Capital Development:
  • At the YMCA of Greater Richmond, developed cultivation plans, solicitation strategies, volunteer training, proposals, and authored case statement materials for multi-phase $90 Million capital campaign
Board/Volunteer Development:
  • At both YMCA of Greater Rochester and YMCA of Greater Richmond, directed staff and volunteer training for annual campaign and major gifts
  • At YMCA of Greater Rochester, recruited, oriented and engaged association Board of Directors and 12 Branch Boards of Management.
Marketing and Communications:
  • Chaired Virginia State Alliance of YMCA's Communications Committee, coordinated and authored statewide response to Pioneering Healthy Communities grant that resulted in funding of $250,000
  • Served on Y-USA Marketing Advisory Committee for development of Nationwide Campaign
  • Held Marketing and/or Development positions previously with the Richmond Symphony Orchestra, the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, Denver Museum of Nature & Science, Denver Center for the Performing Arts
  • Recipient of numerous NAYDO Communications Awards for annual reports, annual support and donor cultivation.
