Capital Development:  
Currently directing marketing and communications strategy for a new $58.4 million YMCA, the first to be build in partnersihp with a internationally recognized academic institution, Wilfrid Laurier University; Previously managed communications strategy for ongoing hospital capital developments that included a $300 million integrated mental health and medical care facility

Developed a 1-year strategic marketing and communications initiative to re-engage YMCA Wanakita camp alumni which included a 4-hour live remote broadcast of the regional morning news from YMCA Wanakita, a 16-page special supplement about the YMCA Camp's 60th Anniversary in the regional newspaper embedded with augmented reality functionality, the launch of a Facebook app to find "lost" alumni and collect camp impact stories; recently launched a hyper-local multi-channel awareness initiative #YWeAreHere to position the YMCA as a cause-based charity and support future philanthropic case for support; developed a 1-year pro bono partnership with the Hamilton Spectator, a bi-weekly feature exploring a YMCA developmental asset in action. This series was recognized in the 2014 NAYDO Communications Awards category of Media Relations; member of the Canada National Brand Council.
