Annual Support
Experience with multi-branch annual campaigns with year-over-year growth. Supports branch advisory boards and mission-driven storytelling to increase philanthropic investment. Serves as a Y-USA faculty trainer in annual campaign development.

Capital Development
Collaborative experience with major capital campaigns, including the beginning stages for a $3 M campaign for the YMCA Camp Cosby, a 10+ M capital stack for the transformation of a YMCA campus with multiple partners, a $25 M public-private partnership for a childcare center, and numerous facility-renewal initiatives across associations. 

Board / Volunteer Development
Partners with CEOs and board leadership to cultivate fundraising-savvy boards and high-impact volunteer ambassadors. Established branch-level volunteer leadership to deepen community outreach and fundraising capacity.

Grant Development
Led multi-million-dollar grants from federal, state, and local sources to expand youth development, childcare, health-innovation, and teen-engagement programs. Builds cross-sector partnerships to respond to community-driven needs.

Marketing & Communications
Guides strategic marketing and brand-aligned communications, reinforcing the national Y brand while localizing impact storytelling.
