WEBINARS

Monthly webinars are 1:30-2:30 p.m. Central, usually the third Thursday of each month. Webinars are listed on the home page calendar.
Take part in these webinars, and we hope you'll join for additional year-round education, networking, and more.

Webinars qualify for Y-USA Leadership Recertification and CFRE certification credit. Past webinars are posted on the members-only section of the website.

NETWORKS

NAYDO Networks are peer groups based on your Y role or the skills you would like to develop. They will help you to connect with others in similar positions. If you are interested in learning more about any area, we invite you to attend virtual network events to gain new tools, skills, and knowledge that could help you in your positions now and in the future. In-person network events take place at the annual conference.

There are 10 networks: Learn more and join as many as you'd like.

NAYDO ACADEMY

Recognizing the commitment of time and resources it takes to bring a delegation to the NAYDO Conference, we've designed other conference-like experiences targeted for program directors, support staff and volunteers.

NAYDO Academy is a half-day annual support training. It is a hybrid virtual and in-person event, generally hosted by State Alliances of YMCAs so all Ys in the state are part of the learning opportunity.

This training is for frontline, program, membership, admin and other staff, and branch leaders. Branch volunteers can be a target audience, also. Academies focus on why we have an annual campaign and each person’s role in making the campaign a success. Workshops are tailored to your needs.

Attendees join in at a watch party site, so networking and idea sharing are part of the experience.

NAYDO Academy Philanthropy School Fundamentals

Sponsor: DBD Group

At the Conference, each fundamental provides an overview of a financial development area and is geared toward volunteers; frontline, program, membership, and branch staff; and staff new to financial development. If your role has changed or you need a refresher, the fundamentals are for you.

2026 Fundamentals will be held the first day of the conference, Wednesday, May 6, so you can be better prepared for the educational workshops and Hot Topics. Fundamentals are free if you are registered for the conference. Sessions are held 8:30-10:30 a.m., so arrive early and select one. If other attendees from your Y attend the conference, spread them out to cover different topics and share your learnings back home. Recordings and slide decks are available after the conference.
