Angie Lassley is a native of Salina, Kansas, and began her YMCA career while still in high school. After gaining experience with YMCAs in Wichita, Kansas; Indianapolis, Indiana; and Lexington, Kentucky, she returned to Salina in 2012. She served in several leadership roles before being appointed Interim CEO in 2013 and was officially selected as President and Chief Executive Director in April 2014, becoming the first woman to lead the Salina Family YMCA. During her tenure, the association successfully completed a $3.7 million capital campaign and major facility renovation.

A longtime participant in NAYDO, Angie has supported philanthropic learning and collaboration through Philanthropy Live! and the Small Y Network.

In July 2023, Angie joined the YMCA of Greater Kansas City as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing association-wide operations and supporting the mission across multiple centers and communities.

Angie and her husband, Todd, enjoy traveling and spending time with their grown children and two grandsons.
