Jason joined the YMCA of South Palm Beach County as President and Chief Executive Officer in July 2016. He is responsible for all YMCA facilities and programs including the Peter Blum Family YMCA of Boca Raton, the DeVos-Blum Family YMCA of Boynton Beach, and the YMCA of South Palm Beach County’s Community Outreach efforts; managing an $15.2M budget; supervising a team of 450+ staff; and advancing the YMCA’s vision to over 40,000 members and program participants within the southern Palm Beach County community.

Prior to joining the YMCA of South Palm Beach County, Jason was on the national YMCA staff as Senior Director of CEO Search. Before joining Y-USA, Jason served as President and CEO of the YMCA of Greater Long Beach (CA). 
Jason is an active member of NAYDO and currently serves on the SMY CEO Network cabinet. As past Chair of the Florida State Alliance of YMCAs, Jason now leads the Advocacy efforts for the state. 

A Texas native and graduate of Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi, Jason began his YMCA career 35 years ago at the YMCA in Corpus Christi, Texas. Jason and his wife Liz, who met at the YMCA of Greater San Antonio, have two children.
